Last week I found out about fashion label Delpozo. Josep Font’s architectural inspiration is evident in his collections for the label, and I enjoy the beautiful handiwork on every piece. The garments are all extremely feminine and modern.
These are my four favorite looks from the Delpozo Fall Winter 2016 Collection, called Metropolis:
The colors in this outfit are ready for spring and will stand out in winter. I love the wide sleeves and the fact that the lining of the jacket is the same canary yellow as the tailored pants. Also, the gloves!!!!!!!!!!
Again, we see these floral gloves, which bring a sense of whimsy to this ensemble, which, in its simplicity, can be dressed up or down. The almost undetectable shimmer of the jumpsuit fabric is completely necessary for achieving this luxe look.
Can we just talk about the shimmer in this look? The browns are taken to a goldy level, and the metallic teal collar is reminiscent of Gucci’s Resort 2016 Collection.
The oversize shape of this dress, the length, and the shoulder sculpture are all perfect. I also love the pink and black color palette, and the blue of the gloves is complemented by a more golden, autumny appliques.
All in all, Delpozo is the brand to watch. The shapes are always original and the garments are always imaginative, with distinct personalities.
Check out Delpozo’s Instagram for an instant burst of inspiration any day. I could not capture all of the label’s beauty in just my four favorite looks, so be sure to see what you missed.
Thanks so much for reading and have a fantastical February!
